However, you acknowledge that transmissions to and from CETSource.com may not be confidential and your Communications may be read or intercepted by others. Any unprotected e-mail communication over the Internet is subject to possible interception or loss, is not confidential and is also subject to possible alteration. We are not responsible for and will not be liable to you or any third party for damages in connection with an e-mail sent by you to us or an e-mail sent by us to you, or anyone you designate, at your request. Violators of this section who use our services for any illegal purpose including but not limited to repeated unwanted emails or “Spam,” may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.” You acknowledge that by submitting communications to CET Source, LLC., no confidential, fiduciary, contractually implied or other relationship is created between you and CET Source, LLC. other than pursuant to these Terms of Use.
- If you elect to access or use our services that involve payment of a fee, then you agree to pay, and will be responsible for payment of that fee and all taxes associated with such access or use. If you provide credit card information to pay for such fees then you hereby represent and warrant that you are authorized to supply such information and hereby authorize CET Source, LLC. to charge your credit card on a regular basis to pay the fees as they are due.
- If your payment method fails or your account is past due, then we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. This may include charging other payment methods on file with us and/or retaining collection agencies and legal counsel. We may also block your access to any services pending resolution of any amounts due by you to CET Source, LLC.
- All of your use, access and other activities relating to the services must be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitations, laws relating to copyright and other intellectual property use, and to privacy and personal identity. Further, access to the CET Source Services from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access or use the Services from locations outside of the United States do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all local rules including, without limitation, rules about the internet, data, e-mail, or privacy. You further agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.
- CET Source, LLC. is not responsible for any costs that may be incurred during installation or maintenance.
REFUND POLICY
- In the event a refund is requested, CET Source will grant a full and complete refund when the course instruction has progress to 20 minutes or less. Refunds of any amount will not be granted when course progress is above 20 minutes.
- It is your responsibility to check the Courses Offered to see if the desired course is approved for continuing education and training credits to meet your career needs and applicable in your state. In the event the course does not meet your needs, a complete and full refund will be granted as long as the course progress as not advanced more than 20 minutes.
